SSA Board of Directors Meeting and Election of Officers
Shawnee Soccer Community,
On June 17th, 2013, the Shawnee Soccer Association Board of Directors will conduct the Annual Board Election Meeting for the 2013/2014 year. This meeting will be held at 7 PM in the Mabee Suite of the Noble Complex on the OBU campus. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct monthly business and to elect board members. We highly encourage all SSA stakeholders to attend.
A Board Member can be anyone elected by the members of the association following the approval of their volunteer disclosure form.
Club members who are allowed to vote in the annual election are the Board of Directors, coaches, and parents or guardians of the players from the previous season.
The Board of Directors shall consist of the following:

•Secretary
•Registrar
•Treasurer
•Referee Coordinator
•Field Coordinator
•Competitive Commissioner
•Coaching Coordinator
•Uniform Coordinator
•Concession Stand Coordinator
•Fundraising Coordinator
•Age Group Coordinators (U6, U8, U10, and travel rec.)

Interested parties may run for any filled position, or any of the positions below that are scheduled to be empty:
Concession Stand Coordinator
Coaching Coordinator
Field Coordinator
Uniform Coordinator
